Fire roasted red peppers and sharp cheddar cheese, with herb flatbread

Local greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, pickled okra, cheddar cheese, and
Vidalia tobacco rings

Crispy Caesar Salad $8
Romaine hearts, parmesan crisps, herb flatbread, and house caesar dressing
(anchovies available upon request)

Riesling Poached Pear Salad $11
Riesling poached anjou pears, mixed local greens, sweet onion, goat cheese,
toasted walnuts, pear juice gastrique, olive oil crouton, and raspberry vinaigrette

Beet Salad $11
Champagne and ginger poached beets, local greens, fresh pear, cajun spiced
pecans, gorgonzola cheese, honey wine reduction, and champagne vinaigrette

Vidalia Veggie Burger $9
Grilled house made veggie burger of couscous, carrots, scallions, black-eyed
peas, and thyme.  Roasted red pepper, tomato aioli, swiss cheese, local greens,
on grilled ciabatta bread.  Served with housemade chips and pickles

Curry Chicken Salad Sandwich$9
Roasted chicken, raisins, sweet onion, toasted walnuts, tossed in a yellow curry
dressing with mixed greens and anjou pears on grilled wheat bread.  Served with
housemade chips and pickles

Turkey Swiss and Pear $9
Roasted turkey, Swiss cheese, andsliced pears on grilled wheat bread. Served
with apple butter, and housemade chips

Grilled Pimento Cheese $8
Homemade sharp cheddar pimento cheese, and sliced tomatoes on sour dough
bread.  Served with housemade chips and pickles

Bison Burger $12
Cajun seasoned 8oz buffalo burger, Texas Pete aioli, caramelized onions,
tomato, and local greens on grilled ciabatta bread.  Served with shoestring fries
or tater tots and pickles

Southern Fried Chicken  $10
Creole battered chicken breast served with sawmill gravy,
smashed potatoes and sautéed green beans.
